Return Policy
We offer a limited return policy under specific conditions:
✅ Eligible for Return:
The product is damaged, leaking, or defective upon delivery.
The product you received is completely different from what you ordered.
You report the issue to us within 48 hours of delivery.
> To be eligible for a return, the product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
❌ Not Eligible for Return:
If the product has been unboxed, opened, or used.
If the return request is made after 48 hours of receiving the order.
If the reason for return is based on personal taste or preferences.
If the product is returned without proper reason or photographic proof of damage.

How to Request a Return
1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
2. Send clear photos or video showing the issue to www.sundarbanbazar@gmail.com
3. Our team will review the request and respond within 2–3 business days.
If approved, we will arrange for return pickup or guide you through the return process.

Refund Policy
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
✅ Refunds are approved:
Only for eligible returned items (see above).
If the product meets return conditions (unopened, wrong item, or damaged in transit).
Refunds will be processed via the original payment method (UPI, card, etc.) within 7–10 working days.
❌ Refunds are not approved:
For opened or used products.
For returns initiated after 48 hours.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders unless damage is reported with proof.

Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order before it is shipped. Once dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
For prepaid orders: Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 5–7 business days.
For COD orders: No cancellation charges apply if cancelled before shipping.
